Liability Insurance

“Membership in the Alabama Conference of Educators provides Certificated and Associate members with ALL of the following coverages of Educators Professional Liability Insurance. (Note: Administrators are not eligible for this coverage)"

• INCLUDED: Coverage A—Up to $1,000,000 Liability Coverage per insured, per occurrence / $3,000,000 per occurrence, if you are sued by a parent or student in relation to the performance of your duties on or off school grounds, plus defense costs.

• INCLUDED: Coverage B--Up to $10,000 per claim, per insured. Up to $35,000 for criminal proceedings, $10,000 of this amount available whether or not the member is exonerated.

• INCLUDED: Coverage B--Up to $10,000 for the defense of Employment Rights

• INCLUDED: Coverage C--Up to $1,000.00 premium on Bail Bond
